Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you're not happy with the items you received from us you can always return it, within 10 days after your purchased (TnC apply) 

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with hangtags still securely fastened, and you can only return the same items once.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

There are two ways you can return your item:

      1. Bring your item with your original receipt down to our Pop-Up and our crews will assist you accordingly.
      2. Mail it back to us (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.)

You will be notified via email and we will return the amount to your account in form of shopping credits. Shopping credits are valid for 1 year from the date you received it.
